Electronics Metal Stamping — High-precision metal stamping Contacts and Components
Precision stamped components are the backbone of modern electronic devices and systems. We produce high-tolerance stamped parts for consumer electronics, telecommunications, computing, automotive electronics, power distribution, and industrial controls — from micro-precision connector contacts measuring fractions of a millimeter to large EMI shielding enclosures and heat management components.
Electronics stamping demands the tightest tolerances, thinnest materials, and most consistent quality of any stamping application. Our high-speed progressive stamping lines, combined with in-house die design and precision tooling capabilities, enable us to meet these exacting requirements at production volumes from thousands to millions of parts.
Electronic Components We Stamp
- Connector contacts and terminals — male pins, female sockets, blade contacts, fork terminals, ring terminals for wire-to-board, board-to-board, and wire-to-wire connections
- EMI/RFI shielding — stamped cans, covers, frames, and finger stock for electromagnetic interference protection of sensitive circuits
- Heat sinks and thermal spreaders — stamped fin arrays, thermal pads, and heat dissipation components for power electronics and LED modules
- Battery contacts — positive and negative terminal contacts, bus bars, and cell interconnects for battery packs
- LED lead frames — precision stamped lead frames for LED packaging with gold or silver pre-plating
- Spring contacts — dome switches, pogo pin shells, spring clips, and compression contacts for electrical connections
- USB/connector shells — housing and shielding components for USB, HDMI, RJ45, and proprietary connectors

Materials for Electronics Stamping
- Copper C110 (ETP) — highest conductivity, used for bus bars and high-current contacts
- Copper C194 — good conductivity with higher strength, popular for lead frames
- Brass C260 — good balance of conductivity, formability, and cost for general contacts
- Phosphor Bronze C510, C521 — excellent spring properties for socket contacts and spring clips
- Beryllium Copper C172 — highest strength copper alloy with good conductivity for premium connectors
- Nickel Silver C752 — tarnish resistant for visible contacts and switch components
- Stainless Steel 304, 301 — for EMI shields, structural brackets, and spring applications
- Pre-plated materials — tin, gold, silver, and nickel pre-plated strip to eliminate secondary plating operations and reduce cost
Packaging for Electronics Components
We offer specialized packaging for automated assembly:
- Tape and reel — for pick-and-place SMT assembly
- Tube packaging — for through-hole and connector components
- Carrier strip (reel-to-reel) — parts remain on the carrier strip for automated insertion
- Tray packaging — for larger components requiring orientation
