We provide comprehensive custom metal stamping services for industries worldwide. From initial concept and prototype development to full-scale high-volume production, our advanced stamping capabilities deliver precision parts with tight tolerances, complex geometries, and superior surface finishes. Our integrated approach — combining in-house tooling, stamping, secondary operations, and quality control — ensures seamless project execution and consistent results.

New to metal stamping? Read our complete guide to metal stamping to understand the fundamentals.

Every project begins with a thorough engineering review. Our team evaluates your part design, material requirements, volume projections, and quality specifications to recommend the optimal stamping process and tooling approach. This Design for Manufacturability (DFM) consultation often identifies opportunities to reduce cost, improve quality, and accelerate delivery without compromising functionality.

Our Stamping Processes

Progressive Die Stamping

Multi-station dies that perform sequential operations — blanking, piercing, bending, forming — in a single press stroke cycle. Each station adds to the work of previous stations, producing a finished part with every press cycle. Progressive die stamping is the most cost-effective method for high-volume production of complex parts, running at speeds up to 1,500 strokes per minute with repeatable tolerances of ±0.001 inches.

Best for: High-volume production (10,000+ parts), complex geometries, tight tolerances, automotive connectors, electronic contacts, appliance components.

Deep Draw Stamping

Transform flat sheet metal into deep, seamless three-dimensional shapes through controlled material flow into a die cavity. Deep draw stamping produces cups, cans, enclosures, and housings without welded seams, providing superior structural integrity, leak-proof performance, and smooth surface finish. Multiple draw stages achieve extreme depth-to-diameter ratios.

Best for: Seamless enclosures, sensor housings, battery cans, medical device housings, industrial containers, and any application requiring leak-proof construction.

Sheet Metal Stamping

Versatile stamping operations including blanking, piercing, bending, coining, embossing, and flanging for flat and formed metal components. Our sheet metal stamping handles material thickness from 0.004 inches to 0.500 inches in carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, and specialty alloys. From simple flat brackets to complex multi-bend assemblies.

Best for: Brackets, panels, clips, covers, structural components, and general-purpose stamped parts across all industries.

Stamping Dies & Tooling

Full-service in-house tool and die shop for design, fabrication, maintenance, and repair. Our experienced die makers build progressive dies, compound dies, transfer dies, and deep draw tooling using SolidWorks 3D design, stamping simulation, wire EDM, CNC machining, and precision grinding. We also maintain and repair dies not originally built by us.

Best for: New product tooling, replacement dies, die maintenance programs, and complex multi-station progressive die builds.
