- Progressive die stamping — high-speed, multi-station production for complex parts at rates up to 1,500 strokes per minute
- Deep draw stamping — single and multi-stage drawing for seamless enclosures, cups, housings, and cylindrical components
- Sheet metal stamping — blanking, piercing, bending, coining, embossing, and forming operations
- Custom tooling design — full-service in-house die design and fabrication using SolidWorks, wire EDM, and CNC machining
- Secondary operations — welding (spot, MIG, TIG), tapping, riveting, hardware insertion, assembly, and packaging
- Surface finishing — coordination of plating (zinc, nickel, chrome, gold), anodizing, powder coating, painting, and passivation
