What electrical components can you stamp?

We stamp bus bars, electrical contacts, terminal connectors, switch components, relay parts, fuse holders, transformer laminations, and PCB mounting hardware from copper, beryllium copper, brass, and phosphor bronze.

What conductivity requirements can you meet?

We source high-conductivity copper (C110, 100% IACS) for bus bars and power distribution. For spring contacts, we use beryllium copper (C172) which combines good conductivity with excellent fatigue resistance.
